Cancellation Policy

Before your order ships

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Contact us with your order number at info@sihatree.com or on WhatsApp +60 11-1111 9912.

After your order ships

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, our Returns and refunds page explains what to do.

Unpaid orders

An order is prepared only after payment. Stock held for an unpaid order is released after 30 minutes.

When we cancel

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if the payment cannot be completed, or if we suspect fraud. If you have paid, we refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders are covered by the terms agreed in writing for that order.
